Viet Huong, a Vietnam-based manufacturer of flavors, fragrances, and seasonings, has chosen NaviWorld Vietnam to implement Microsoft’s flagship ERP solution Dynamics NAV 2009 as a cornerstone of the company’s growth strategy. It will link R&D, manufacturing, warehousing, sales, and accounting from multiple locations throughout Vietnam into one system, leading to easy access on the same, consistent base of information.

NaviWorld is also aligning VietHuong’s industry- and company-specific requirements with the system. Particular attention is being drawn to the recipes, which are used to create unique flavors and tastes, the company’s main competitive differentiators. The system will support Viet Huong best in creating the recipes, maintaining a collection of samples and in protecting the extremely valuable recipes against any kind of unwanted change, misuse or theft. Another close look has been taken at the procurement, where Viet Huong relies on inimitable ingredients from all over the world.
