Job Description

• Capture, assess, and define client’s business requirements to meet those objectives using practical Microsoft Dynamics business solutions and industry best practices
• Document all business processes, Gap/Fit Analysis findings, functional design documents, testing scripts, training documents and progress updates throughout implementation lifecycle
• Design and re-engineer business processes using best practices and standard Microsoft Dynamics business procedures
• Provide expertise in one or more fields of Trade & Logistics, Sales and Marketing, Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory Management or Production Management.
• Support clients to prepare and provide master data in accurate templates and format, review and perform data import to the new system to cut over.
• Provide functionality demonstrations and training to new clients, end-users,
• Work closely with the Technical Architects to assist in the design and conduct unit testing as well as integrated testing
• Assist in go live procedures and post go live support

Job Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting – Finance or Business Management
• Experience in working with ERP solutions
• Fluent in English, can write project documentations in English or freely communicate in English with clients.
• Willing to learn new technologies, new ERP solutions by self-study and attending training
• Is capable of completing tasks on time and within agreed budgets
• Is capable of mentoring and transferring knowledge to NaviWorld clients’ end-users
• Is a creative thinker and a hard worker, detail oriented, organized and comfortable working in both a team and independent environment
• Ability to work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Is organized, self-motivated and assumes responsibility & ownership of assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics solutions is a plus
• Vertical industry knowledge of Trade & Logistics, Sales and Marketing, Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory Management or Production Management is a plus
• Full life cycle implementation is preferred

Job Description

The Assistant to Director will be educated on our products, services, business nature and will then support to the Director Board including:

– Support in managing existing accounts and prospects
– Support in preparing proposals, quotations, economics contracts, meeting minutes, agreements, etc..
– Support in preparing project progress reports and other project documentations
– Co-operate with accountant to monitor project progress and cash collection
– Support to organize company internal & external events
– Support to update contents, new post on media channels

Job Requirements
