Microsoft Dynamics CRM Services
Intelligent business applications for your organization
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a suite of intelligent business applications (CRM and ERP) that can help you run your entire business in a more efficient way.
Here at NaviWorld, we specialize in the CRM element of Dynamics 365, which includes the applications Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service and Project Operations. The CRM applications aim to support businesses to qualify leads, manage sales opportunities, improve processes, build stronger relationships, optimize marketing campaigns, and gain a clearer view of your business.
Dynamics 365 is also highly customizable, ensuring the technology fits around your processes and requirements.
Only buy what you need –Having a monthly operational cost and a subscription model is far more flexible than having capital costs. For example, initially just buy D365 CRM Sales and later as add-on D365 CRM Customer Service as per business need.
Technology that will grow with your business – Customize the solution around your requirements and adapt these as you grow
Seamless integrations – Dynamics 365 CRM seamlessly connects with other applications in the Microsoft eco-system, such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and more
Remote access – As a cloud-based system, users can access their data from anywhere, on any device. Perfect for businesses working remotely!
Increased productivity – With information stored in one place, employees spend less time searching for information and can gain insights quickly, you have a people-centric platform that makes employees daily work easier.
Forward-thinking tech – Microsoft roll out two ‘wave’ releases a year, bringing new capabilities to the CRM platform alongside regular incremental updates
As part of the Microsoft eco-system, Dynamics 365 applications integrate seamlessly with other Microsoft products. These add-on solutions really enable us to plug the gaps a business might be facing, extend the functionality and allow us to solve a much broader range of business challenges.
Below are three of the most popular products that we implement in addition to Dynamics 365
At NaviWorld we follow our implementation methodology to ensure the successful delivery of your new Dynamics 365 solution. We have refined and developed our approach over time to ensure we can dedicate the resource and care needed to your implementation, throughout the entire project and post-go-live.
Microsoft rolls out ‘wave’ updates twice a year across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, bringing a host of new features and capabilities to the applications. Alongside the wave releases, regular incremental updates are made to the applications, to ensure your system is always up to date and working on the latest features.
If Dynamics 365 is hosted on-premises, it means the business purchases the software licenses and the database is stored on their server. This keeps all business data in-house and provides full control of how and where the information is stored. However, this does mean the business is solely responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the hardware. Dynamics 365 Cloud/Online is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application, hosted in the cloud. The data is protected by Microsoft’s secure servers, the solution can be deployed remotely, and no hardware is required. Additionally, D365 online is far more flexible in comparison to on-premise, as users can be scaled up/down easily, as well as having the ability to integrate with other applications simultaneously.
Dynamics 365 is part of the Microsoft eco-system, therefore it integrates seamlessly with the Microsoft 365 stack (Word, OneNote, SharePoint, Excel, etc), the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps) and other Dynamics 365 applications (Business Central, Finance and Operations, Retail, etc). For most other business software outside of the Microsoft eco-system, Dynamics 365 can be integrated with, thanks to its open API.
Both Salesforce and Dynamics 365 have their individual pros and cons, and various reasons as to why you might be better suited to one, more than the other. We have written a blog post comparing the solutions, which covers applications, deployment, pricing, integrations, ease of development and business intelligence capabilities.
