2020 set a milestone for digitalization while traditional business models are now becoming irrelevant and enterprises have to face growing competitive pressures. Digitalization strategies are being deployed rapidly to improve customer experience, stimulate business growth, especially in the context of the “New Normal”.

On January 7, 2021, “Business for Better Summit 2021” – Microsoft’s biggest technology event of the year, was organized at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. During the event, Microsoft and its strategic partners as well as more than 700 participants including decision-makers, IT leaders and specialists from all leading organizations and businesses in Vietnam, who play a critical role in business transformation, have discussed to give a panorama of the digitalization revolution, to update the latest technology trends as well as practical problems and solutions of each industry, towards sustainable development.

The event was split into 3 Break-out sessions focusing on 3 industries (Retail, Manufacturing and Cross-industry).
