LS Retail has launched a new enterprise restaurant cloud solution, LS First Hospitality, in partnership with Microsoft
A new, cloud-based version of LS Retail’s restaurant management system for enterprises LS First Hospitality has been released. LS First Hospitality extends Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and Dynamics 365 for Retail with restaurant-focused functionalities. The system can be powered by Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform or deployed on-premises.
Long-standing hospitality and retail solution provider
LS First Hospitality is a complete hospitality management software solution for the enterprise markets. The key verticals served are food and beverage, quick service and casual restaurants and fine dining restaurants. The solution includes specific functionalities to manage from counter to kitchen to mobile or web ordering, all within one platform. Being designed for the enterprise market, LS First is an ideal fit for customers running thousands of Point of Sales (POS) devices in different countries.
“The hospitality industry values convenience above all, and restaurants are eager for the right technology. Consumers of all ages are now familiar with, and actively looking for, digital interactions in restaurants – especially when technology can help deliver a faster and easier dining experience. With LS First Hospitality, quick service restaurants can control their business easily and effectively from headquarters and offer faster, more accurate service. From their mobile POS devices, servers can send orders straight to the Kitchen Display System, thus decreasing waiting times for diners – and increasing table turns,” says Saeed Sanai, Product Director LS First.
The biggest paradigm shift in technology: the cloud
As an extension to Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, LS First Hospitality is interoperable with all the solutions in the Microsoft suite. The flexibility of the cloud makes it a highly scalable and extendible solution that is well suited for dynamic companies with ambitious expansion plans.
“Having to juggle multiple, disconnected systems is one of the biggest challenges hospitality companies face today,” says Dadi Karason, CTO at LS Retail. “We hear it from all corners of the world: companies implement separate software solutions to manage different parts of their business – and then they encounter integration problems, can’t reconcile their data, and waste a lot of work hours trying to make sense of it all. With the release of LS First, we are staying true to our company slogan ‘We make business easy’ by enabling restaurants to manage all aspects of their business in one unified platform.”
LS First is available through LS Retail and its network of partners, and on Microsoft AppSource.
